Annie has been really into anything that has to do with Princesses. It started when we began watching Disney movies online and escalated a hundred times when we got this Princess dress from one of our good family friends. Many days Annie wakes up and wants to put it on right away and doesn’t want to take it off until bed time. It is so funny. Annie has actually on a regular basis will take her chair and brush and go sit in front of the oven door (so that she can see her reflection) and sit and brush her hair and flip it. Matt and I have actually had to have some “parenting” conversations about beauty because of this. But for the moment, it is hilarious. She wants to be a princess so much.
This is a picture of Annie getting picked up to go to Grandma and Grandpa’s house wearing her princess dress.

This past weekend I had a volleyball tournament (that I am coaching) in Rochester. Lucy, my mom and I took the 1 1/2 hour trip together and were gone from Friday through Sunday. That meant Matt got to have a weekend with Annie. Things went really well. Annie LOVES hanging out with her daddy. However, this is what happened when it was time for church.
Interesting look honey!
My little Lucy is 8 months now. She is crawling all over the place and pulling up on everything. Just in the last couple days she has tested out standing by herself. She has starting learning about balance. She is going to be walking before we know it!
Matt and I had our last Bible studies last night with our groups. The last hour of group we did together and seized the picture opportunity. These are some of the older students in our ministry. Most of them are graduating and getting ready to move on to the next stage.
Please join us in praying for these students and for the moving out into the world continuing to be laborers in the world wherever they go.

LOVE the church outfit!!! reminds me of when jamie brought our girls to church one sunday in each other’s dresses (i was already there). it was quite obvious that lucy’s dress was way too short and bella’s too long, but apparently not to him! haha. and when my girls were in their 2′s and 3′s i felt like we didn’t need real clothes, just dress up and pj’s! such a fun age. your girls are adorable!
Frances, that is hilarious about the dresses. Our husbands sure are creative
It was good to hear from you. Hope all is well with you guys.
